American TeleCare telehealth solutions represent an innovative leap forward in a rapidly changing and highly competitive healthcare marketplace. Implementing any new idea requires some degree of change. Many times, with change or restructuring, there is the potential for resistance or confusion that can undermine success.

We view change management as a critical part of our telehealth solutions – and pivotal to their success.

In our experience, a clear and shared vision among those affected by change can also work to support and accelerate the process within an organization. Our implementation tools are structured to help those involved in integrating and using our telehealth solutions understand the change process and appreciate the benefits to themselves, their colleagues and patients.

We work together with our clients to create solutions tailored to specific patient population and home telehealth needs. We’ve seen firsthand how important program design, implementation and ongoing support can be in the success of a home telehealth program.

Our goal is to help integrate a successful telehealth program with the least amount of disruption to health care providers and patients. In developing individualized telehealth solutions we follow these steps with supporting implementation tools:

Program Design:
Identification of your organization's needs, goals and objectives for a tailored program that fits your business model and patient population.

Implementation and Installation Tools:
We provide thorough pre-training and implementation materials to assure program success. Full on-site set-up and training tools – as well as procedural guidelines and extensive documentation – are included in our individualized telehealth solutions.

Ongoing Technical, Operational and Clinical Support:
We tailor our ongoing support efforts to meet the specific needs of your program. Experienced clinicians and engineers – along with support tools for critical aspects of customer service and marketing – are part of our ongoing efforts to assure your program’s success.

Patient Training:
American TeleCare solutions include extensive implementation training and documentation tools. Everything from patient competency validation forms and patient satisfaction surveys along with specific instructions for Patient Station and medical peripheral usage are included in the Patient sections of the Implementation Manual.

Clinical Training:
The Pre-Training materials and the Implementation Manual provide detailed instructions for the use of all American TeleCare products and systems. Health care providers can draw from a variety of templates, checklists and support materials as well as specific guidelines for a wide range of disease management states that are included in the Implementation Manual.
