to meet the specific needs of your program. Experienced clinicians
and engineers – along with support tools for critical aspects
of customer service and marketing – are part of our ongoing

Patient Training:
American TeleCare solutions include
extensive implementation training and documentation tools. Everything
from patient competency validation forms and patient satisfaction
surveys along with specific instructions for Patient Station and
medical peripheral usage are included in the Patient sections of
the Implementation Manual.
Clinical Training:
The Pre-Training materials and the Implementation
Manual provide detailed instructions for the use of all American
TeleCare products and systems. Health care providers can draw from
a variety of templates, checklists and support materials as well
as specific guidelines for a wide range of disease management states
